The National Aids Control Organization, a division of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, was established in with the aim of providing leadership to the HIV/AIDS control programme in India. It is headquartered at New Delhi. A monitoring and evaluation (M&E) plan is a document that helps to track and assess the results of the interventions throughout the life of a program.
